WOW Marketing Assistant — Terms of Use

Purpose and operator

WOW Marketing Assistant is an internal business tool operated by WOW Detailing in Naples, Florida. It supports advertising reporting, lead-funnel analysis and the preparation or execution of advertising actions requested by authorized business users. These terms apply to use of the assistant; they do not change a customer’s separately agreed detailing quote or appointment.

Authorized use

Access is intended for the business owner and people expressly authorized by WOW Detailing. Use only business accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts and advertising assets that you are entitled to manage. The assistant is not currently offered as a public, self-service platform for unrelated businesses.

Accounts, permissions and credentials

You are responsible for ensuring that connected accounts and granted permissions are appropriate for your role. Keep access tokens, login credentials and bot access secure. Do not provide another person’s credentials or attempt to access an account without permission. Third-party permissions, account restrictions or token expiration may limit what the assistant can do.

Advertising actions and budgets

Requests must identify the intended advertising action and supply or confirm the required account, media, audience and budget information. The current creation workflow prepares campaigns, ad sets and ads in a paused state. Preparing advertising is not an instruction to activate it. Authorized users should review the selected assets, copy, destination, audience and budget before any launch. Actual charges are governed by the advertising account and Meta’s applicable terms.

AI output and review

The assistant uses AI to produce analysis, recommendations and draft content. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and does not guarantee leads, sales, profitability or approval by an advertising platform. Users should review factual claims, calculations and proposed actions. Lead creation dates, current funnel stages, advertising conversations, completed jobs, revenue and profit are different measures and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Content and responsible use

Submit media and information only when you have the necessary rights and authority to use them. Use the assistant in accordance with applicable platform rules and law. Do not use it to publish misleading offers, misuse personal information, gain unauthorized access, or send unwanted messages. A file or third-party document is analytical input, not by itself authorization to change advertising.

Third-party services and availability

The current system relies on services including Meta, Telegram, n8n Cloud, OpenAI and Neon. Their applicable terms, permissions, availability and usage limits also apply. Functions may be unavailable or may change because of service outages, platform review, permissions, account restrictions or API changes. These terms do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every advertising feature.

Changes, access and contact

WOW Detailing may change the assistant and these terms as its internal workflow develops, or restrict access when authorization ends or the tool is misused.
