WOW Marketing Assistant — Privacy Policy

About this policy

WOW Marketing Assistant is an internal marketing tool operated by WOW Detailing in Naples, Florida. It helps authorized business users review Facebook and Instagram advertising, compare advertising results with lead-status records, and prepare advertising changes. This policy covers the assistant and the lead information processed through it. It does not describe every feature of the WOW Detailing website or replace Meta’s own privacy policies.

Information we process

Depending on the permissions granted and the material submitted, the assistant processes advertising account, campaign, ad set and ad identifiers; names, settings, delivery status, spend and performance metrics; business Page and connected Instagram identifiers; and authorization credentials used to connect to Meta. Lead exports submitted by the business may contain names, source, channel, creation date, funnel stage, labels and advertising identifiers.

Messages and uploaded material

Authorized users interact with the assistant through Telegram. Their messages, chat identifiers, voice recordings or transcripts, images and other supported uploads may be processed to answer requests. Relevant conversation context and imported summaries may be stored. Users should submit only information needed for their business task and must be authorized to provide it.

How we use information

We use information to provide marketing reports, assess advertising performance and lead quality, maintain conversation context, store and retrieve imported funnel summaries, prepare or carry out advertising actions requested by authorized users, and diagnose service errors. The assistant is currently intended for WOW Detailing’s internal use. We do not sell information processed by this assistant.

Service providers and AI processing

The current workflow uses Meta APIs, Telegram, n8n Cloud for workflow execution, OpenAI for AI analysis and responses, and Neon PostgreSQL for stored application data and conversation context. Information needed for a task may be transmitted to these providers, including for AI processing, and may be processed outside the individual’s state or country. Providers process data under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Not every provider receives every type of information.

Storage and access

Stored information can include imported lead summaries, conversation context, integration configuration and workflow execution records. Access is intended for the business owner and authorized users or service providers supporting the workflow. Authorization credentials are used to operate the integrations and are not intended for public disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We retain information while needed for the purposes described here, operating the business integration, resolving errors, or meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention differs across application databases, conversation history, workflow records and provider-managed backups. This policy does not promise immediate removal from every provider system when a record is removed from the assistant.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask about information relating to you or request deletion by emailing wowdetailingpro@gmail.com with the subject WOW Marketing Assistant — Data Deletion. Identify the relevant account, conversation or business inquiry so we can locate the records. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before taking action. We will review the request, remove eligible information under our control, and explain any relevant retention limits. Removing an application connection in Meta does not by itself delete existing copies held by the assistant.

Other platforms

A request to WOW Detailing covers information held by WOW Detailing through this assistant. It does not automatically erase records held independently by Meta, Telegram or another platform. Requests concerning those platforms can also be made through their own privacy and account controls.
