WOW Marketing Assistant — Data Deletion

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Request deletion

To request deletion of personal information held by WOW Detailing through WOW Marketing Assistant, email wowdetailingpro@gmail.com with the subject WOW Marketing Assistant — Data Deletion. This process is available to people whose information appears in imported leads or submitted material as well as authorized application users.

Help us locate the records

Include the name and contact details used in your inquiry, the relevant Facebook, Instagram or Telegram account identifier if known, and an approximate date or description of the interaction. If you are requesting removal of an entire business integration, identify that business and the connected account. Do not send passwords, access tokens or copies of identity documents with your initial email.

What happens next

We review the request and may seek reasonable verification of identity or authority. We then locate relevant records and remove eligible personal information from application-controlled stores, including relevant lead data and conversation context where applicable. We will respond with the outcome or explain any information we cannot remove and the reason.

Retention limits

Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations, security or resolving disputes. Provider-managed logs and backups may follow separate retention and deletion processes; removal from the active application does not guarantee immediate erasure from every backup.

Disconnecting the app

Authorized business users may also remove the application through the relevant Meta account’s Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings. This stops or limits future access for that connection but does not automatically delete information already stored through the assistant. Send the email request above if you also want existing application records removed.

Other platform records

Deleting assistant-held information does not automatically delete your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta advertising records or your Telegram history. Those platforms provide their own deletion and privacy controls.
